Refund policy
Because Autophage.ai provides custom digital services and AI automation work, refunds are handled as follows:
1. Subscription Services

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime before the next billing date.

Refunds are not issued for the current billing cycle once services have started.
2. Project-Based Work
For fixed-scope digital or AI development projects, refunds are not available once project work begins.
If you wish to discontinue a project early, contact our support team to discuss credit options for unused deliverables.
3. Technical Issues or Errors
If a billing error, double charge, or service issue occurs, please contact us within 7 days at james@autophage.ai
We will investigate and, if appropriate, issue a full or partial refund.
